This is the direct continuation of "Would you come with me ?" here => 
I really had to do more than one artwork about this idea that couldn't leave me alone. (the idea was : I really imagine Sasuke coming back to Konoha but eventually leaving again, and this time, despite his fear of rejection (maybe Sakura had grown tired of waiting for him ?!) he would ask Sakura to come with him
! And Sakura would be like "OMG I can't believe this is happening !" 
)
So here is when she finally takes his hand. He then brings her closer to him and smiiiiiiiiiiiiiles in relief and happiness !!!! *3* (while she's overwhelmed by her own happiness
)
